Natacha Fortenberry's life turned upside down on July 17, 2021, when her son, Stanley Compton Powell III, Trey as he was known, took his own life shortly after returning from a deployment mission in Arkansas.

Âé¶¹Ô´´ will celebrate the achievements of soon-to-be graduates participating in the C2C Program with a reception on April 25 in the MCC Foundation Chapel Activity Room.
Burrage, a Graphic Design sophomore, was one of 11 students whose works earned an award in this show that will be exhibited through May 7 in the Casteel Gallery in the Davidson Fine Arts Center in Ivy-Scaggs Hall.
Sixty of Âé¶¹Ô´´ fine arts students' works will be spotlighted in the final show of the Casteel Art Gallery 2023-24 season, the Student Annual Exhibition and Competition.
"It means so much to me and makes me desire to work harder to succeed and be able to give back to those around me who are trying to improve and succeed as well," McCollough said.
